  1. ----------------------------- Vdraw Changes ----------------------------

  3.       This file contains a blow by blow account of what has been
  4.       changed or added from version to version of Vdraw.
  5.  
  6.       NOTE: Vdraw version numbers are only changed when a new version
  7.             is actually released into the real world.  Thus, if I do
  8.             a lot of work before releasing a new version, the version
  9.             number will only increment by 0.01 (for example 1.16 to
  10.             1.17 was a major change).  Yet I might make only a few
  11.             minor changes and the version number still gets bumped
  12.             by 0.01 (for example the change from 1.19 to 1.20).
  13.             However, this guarantees that from the version number
  14.             alone you can tell if there is any difference between
  15.             a pair of Vdraws.  
  16.             
  17.       NOTE: For any one Vdraw version number there is also a SPONSER'S
  18.             version and a GENERAL RELEASE version.  The only difference
  19.             is that the SPONSER'S version does not have the anoying
  20.             advertisement blurb.

  25. - Added the area filling routine which uses cuts as the patterns for
  26.   filling with.
  27. - Added printf() to the make_bm() routine which does most of the dynamic
  28.   allocation, this was added in case some of the crashes are being 
  29.   caused by systems with tight memory.
